Friendly and welcoming staff! The podiatrist is knowledgeable and experienced. Provider-patient skills are excellent. He took the time to describe my treatment choices, the pros and cons of each, the cost for each therapy and the success rate of each type of therapy and then gave me time to contemplate and think it over before I chose a modality of treatment. I did not feel any sales pressure and felt like I had full patient autonomy.

Genuine people! They were welcoming and made me feel like they actually cared! Reception staff were courteous & Dr was knowledgeable, patient in explaining & took the liberty of describing the workings of the foot/ legs/body dynamics and how we could approach solutions to my issues

The clinic, treatment, service, customer sincere care are excellent.
Dr. Alnoor Ladhani and his nice assistant are highly professional and trustworthy. I visited him first for toe fungal and ingrown issue which he solved and treated so fast and smoothly.
And after I booked my daughter for much complicated issue that she has been suffering for more than a year with no proper solutions, but thanks God he was so cooperative and worked over usual hours just to help us getting the solution and the required support materials in a very exceptional short time before our traveling.
They are really good professional family and make you feel home.

Today was my first visit to Step by Step and I highly recommend it to anyone needing relief from foot pain. The doctor and the receptionist were super nice and my appointment was on time, fast and efficient. The location is steps from the Queen subway station so it's very convenient for those taking public transit, however I did notice a Green P parking garage nearby. I will definitely return if I need further care or treatment.

Great care. Al really knows his stuff! Explained everything well, why my current solution was not working, diagnosed issues that had bothered me for a long time but I had neglected to deal with and did a masterful plaster mold of my foot - all on my first visit. Highly recommend!
