I have several business with company, however my latest order has been lost during delivery by UPS. The sprott company its employee Irene Patin did a very good job and replaced my order by fedex and I got my package safely.

This company went out of its way to Right their wrong. They called me next day figure out thing accepted my CC after providing drivers license and a bill. They kept in touch to let me know that it will be shipped on Monday. Will rewrite the review after receiving the products as I am excited to get the x2 Chinese Lunar Calendar bars. So far seems legit, fast and professional!!!

It was a lengthy. When I placed the order made the payment right away, there was a $50 hold on my credit card for few days. I was not receiving any updates and had to call few times to find out about the status of my order. They kept telling me it's being processed with our finance department. There was no time-frame for me as to what time window I should be expecting it. I couldn't step out as the shipment arrived around 6 pm on Friday. Not so happy with call center attitude agents.
