I visited this center for a MRI in July of this year. I have no complaints regarding my experience at the center but the billing department is the worst I ever had to deal with. I was charged more at the center than my insurance bill stated. Despite that, since October I have been received bills from them as if I had not paid anything on the date of my visit! Back in October I called their bill department which was useless since they directed me to email [email protected]. I believed I have exchanged at least four emails with these people with no resolution whatsoever while I keep getting more bills from the BRG group. The ptcollections folks acknowledged that they received my payment (after I sent proof of it) but still the issue has not been resolved. They created two tickets under my name and today I received the feedback that one of them has been resolved with no solution for my case. Because of their billing department, I would never return to any of the SOC imaging center. What a nightmare!

Disgusting. Today 12/6/24 for the 3rd time I walked out after waiting 2 hours. An hour drive plus. Now I have to fill out a form and wait 30 days to get my copay back which you have to pay when you get there!! I pay after my visit with most Drs. Dr. Sahai the owner and my Dr. obviously could care less. 3 Drs. There all driving expensive cars from overbooking their patients. If you don't mind waiting 2 hours, which is standard, then go! Worst ever response. Double booking. Now I have to fill out a form for my records and my refund,!!!They send multiple texts making sure you're coming, cell you the day before to still make sure, and then you walk into a packed waiting room and no place to sit!! My time is valuable. This is a total lack of respect,,!! It was my only day off today and I spent it with this useless practice!! If I could give it no stars I would. I'm telling my friends to never use them. My records better be ready Monday!

Dr. Fisher treats me for chronic pain. She was very kind and respectful. She proves to be very capable and knowledgeable without the insulting attitude I have experienced with other pain management doctors

I just moved to Florida I chose this group and they have been excellent! Dr Fisher MD the Pain management DR really helped me. I have 4 herniated discs and had bad spasm from driving to Florida. The injections really helped me. And the Physical Therapists were excellent as well. They have helped me regain core stability. Highly recommend this medical practice.

Dr Vecchione is the best surgeon available. He did a great job with my neck surgery and would see him for any other spine surgery I need. He’s very knowledgeable and does a textbook job. The reason for 4 stars, is the hassle of trying to talk to people, ensuring my paperwork from VA was used and the hoops it took to get there. It was damn near a full-time job for a couple weeks just to get everything in place. This was the most difficult experience I had. If you’re able to speak with a manager, they do a great job of getting things fixed. The assistant to Dr Vecchione, Oscar was great too. She took the time to help me get everything I needed. It seems to be hit and miss with who you talk to and if they are willing to listen and help.

I'm very pleased with my experience with Dr. Vecchione. He made my steroid injections remarkably painless. He expertly guided me through the procedure, describing what he was doing at every moment. The results were terrific - 90% less pain in 9 days and virtually pain-free in 14 days! Which means his hands and eyes were on target. The office may need some gentle nudges on insurance and appointments, but the exceptional doctors and staff make it a minor detail.

Dr. Vecchione is absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain my condition and how he was going to fix my back issues. He did a fantastic job. His bedside manner is great too. I am so glad Dr. V and his medical assistant Oscar are my support team. They spend time with you and not treat you like family. I highly recommend Dr. Vecchione.

Dr. David Vecchione and his staff were first class. He took his time to diagnose the problem and to arrive at the multiple root causes. Then he and his partner, Dr. Ashish Sahai, then proceeded to do a dual surgery on the same day. This was important to me so that I would not have to go under the full anesthesia twice. The follow up was great and thorough.
