The Indian lady in the beauty section is so RUDE.

She followed me like I was going to steal anything although eventually I bought items that worth $250 in total.

I already made the decision to buy a singular item and she kept pushing me to buy a gift set.

When it’s about to pay her attitude was also like I owed her money.

My experience in the beauty section with this shoppers has been very pleasant until they change to this Indian lady.

Got a text that my prescription was ready two days ago , came to pick it up before I leave for the airport and turns out they haven’t even filled it yet, they literally had 5 days to produce a tiny little bottle of medicine and no one at this location could do their job, it’s remarkable . Two days overdue for pickup and it’s not ready. Absolute gross incompetence.

No one ever picks up a phone call. I’ve never experienced such poor service from a Shopper’s pharmacy. Whenever I used to call there (prescriptions never ready) all I heard from the pharmacy staff is we are so busy. All the pharmacist shared with me they couldn’t wait to leave this location. I think it’s management not the staff behind the counter. They are all part-time employees and I know why. Management do not want to give full time pharmacy staff any benefits. This location was great until a new owner took over. I do not have prescriptions filled there anymore. I had to change my pharmacy. My advice is for everyone who encountered an issue with their prescription being filled to change your pharmacy.

Conveniently opened from 8AM-Midnight everyday. They have all your everyday needs as well as a small selection of groceries. There is also a Canada Post office at the back , which makes it a one stop shop. Self-checkouts makes it quick and easy to pay.

I walked in this store around 9pm after a trip to get a snack while waiting for a friend to pick me up (i come here often as I work in the market). The moment I walked in the Asian (Brown guy) pointed at me with a coworker and stared at me. Immediately I knew I was targeted and went into an isle. The guy followed me down an isle and all the way to the other side of store. I am literally shaking writing this because I could not shop in peace or with dignity. Undercover are supposed to keep a safe distance and not be confrontational. When I asked the guy to maintain distance he came right in my face and said "do your work" to which I replied I'm not working you are. And he went off...ive been followed before and his demeanor was unprofessional and threatening. I remained around staff and called police. Of course they assume he's doing his job and as a result I will never come back to feel like a criminal in my own neighbourhood. Have some sensitivity training and the guy needs to polish his skills and lear basic manners and customer service

The pharmacy that contributes to a lower quality of life. There is a reason why this pharmacy is 2.5 stars. They are the worst when it comes to customer service. The pharmacists are overworked and have more turn-around than McDonalds. They never commit to their promises and rather than accept mistakes, they contest everything. What's the point of coming here just to leave in worse health than when you arrived? Steer clear of here.

I feel bad for persons dealing with disabilities who come here because they have no choice, and it's not easy for them to just "change pharmacies". I've heard the pharmacist say this to so many people who they've wronged. Shame on them.

I wouldn't recommend anyone go there if you need a prescription urgently. I went at 11:45 p.m. because they're open until midnight to get a prescription for a severe UTI. The pharmacist looked at his watch and told me, "I don't have time." I told him I was in a lot of pain and asked if he could help. He looked at his watch again and said, "I don't have time. You can come back in the morning." It's all very strange because pharmacists are supposed to help people with minor illnesses, but they choose not to. It's disappointing, to say the least.

I’m not usually under review sections, but there is one Indian lady at this shoppers she is very rude, OMG whenever I see her it’s a 360 for me. Her name starts with M. She is never helpful, i honestly don’t mind walking a few steps down the street at new shoppers down at lakeshore, where you actually feel valued and your worth spending your money at.
