This truck holds approximately 2700 Gallons as per the driver . It's their busy season.

I have an old house and an old furnace, so I have always had a service policy for my steam boiler (20 years). SOC also installed my AC years ago and recently my heat pump. Mike and his crew are willing to work with you to get the set up you need and at a price you can afford.

Elderly parent was traveling and found they had no oil upon return. Company agreed to bring oil 10 gallons on weekend for $300. Delivery man called and tried to discourage elderly parent from weekend delivery. When parent insisted he said “poor planning” and hung up the phone. He called back and raised price to $650. Extremely poor customer service and business practices.

Exceptional service and highly recommended. I am a new home owner and made several calls to other companies for a service appointment for my furnace. SOC was the 3rd company I called and they showed up and fixed my issue before the 2 other companies even called me to schedule an appointment. Someone was at my house within 2 hours, answered all my questions, fixed my issue, and even topped off my oil tank. Thanks, Mike!

A/C wasn’t working in a house I just purchased. Found this company’s info and meticulous records of servicing near the unit. This company had serviced the unit for over 10 years. Googled and read 24/7 service on their website - great! Called and was told that since I’m a new customer they won’t even “page” anyone to help. Called another 24/7 company and they gave me no problems. Never plan to try dealing with this company in the future. Shame, as the prior owner appeared to have a good relationship with them for a decade. Sorry I bought the house and thought I could rely on them too?
