Absolutely shocking service for many many folk in the area. Ok, they inherited some dismal stock from years ago. However, basic things aren't being done here. Coms, accountability and basic standards are beyond them.

If you don't mind waiting over a year for basic repairs then RiverClyde Homes are the way to go...for at least some of your housing needs.

Having rent increased whilst also having complaints ignored, repairs in purgatory and enquiries forgotten are just some of the highlights of a RCH tenancy.

As a bonus, they will also hand deliver slightly veiled threatening letters through your letterbox for issues unrelated to you...you know, just to keep your anxiety peaked while living in a nightmare slum.

This place is rude as hell, Got spoken to like rubbish by one of there so call admin person Megan, because they can't do a repair right I've had them out 4 time to fix fences all they do few new nails then after a few weeks wood starts to come out again!! Megan is rude

AVOID THESE FACTORS!! Currently a year on battling with riverclyde homes to fix the damage from the flat roof which is ruining my home with water damage. They do not stick to their own policies in regards to getting back to you and lie constantly about repair men being out. Staff are clueless & your individual notes are not accurate or up to date. I am just off yet another call for a member of factoring to say there isn't many notes/asking me what the issue is despite calling/emailing 3 times a week for the past YEAR about water damage and a hole in my roof that goes through to the loft due to this. They finally put scaffolding up & after the builders telling me & my family the chimney is the issue/not safe RCH are not only refusing to remove it.. They are saying if I don't get 5 out of 6 yes VOTES (Took speaking to 4!! staff members for someone to even be able to explain to me their voting scheme or how many yes votes I would need!!!) they won't be doing the full repair to even fully stop the water issue. I was also told I had to go explain to the rest of the building myself the issues needing repaired to the full extent and to convince them to vote yes as 'they don't have the time and it isn't important to them' if the issue is fixed or not. This is honestly just a small insight to the hell they have caused me the past year.

Left without heating or hot water for a pieried of 22 days and I would like to clarify that in my bedroom I have to wait for them to either fix or replace with a new heater and I have been told by the plumber that I would more inlikely get a hole entirely new
Heating system frewout my full house dependent upon river clyde homes paying for it and would also like to state that the heating system I'm living with was the only system that my house has had since been built and has never been changed either and could not believe what they were seeing
