Promo West is awesome.

Shannon is a direct to customer type of person.
We have been using her since the inception of my company.

She’s always showcasing us new things, some are great some we pass on. But it’s nice to know she’s out there thinking of my little resturant even when she’s working with giant companies.

Here’s a real life example of incredible customer service.

We ordered a new style of baseball hat for my resturant. The proof came in, and they looked great. However, upon receiving the order 1/2 the hats had a funky line across the top from where the manufacturer had stacked them inside the box.

Shannon got the entire order refunded, and the supplier replaced our order. The supplier even changed out their boxing machine for a newer model to help prevent issues with future orders, all because Shannon is awesome at negotiating.

Good luck getting that kind of service from a random website.

I highly recommend working with them. We have been with them for 8 years, and just made another order.
