On the Monday before Christmas Eve. I need a large utility tote bag to be personalized asap. Stan was the only business that returned my call and on the next day it is done. This is a thing of beauty and I look forward to giving to a caregiver that cares for my 102-yr old mom. She has become part of the family, so this was very important to all of us.
