Great Customer Service and great product. After not receiving promised promotional items in time from another very large promo company, I googled frantically and found Promo Direct. The entire experience was fast, easy and they had my promotional items shipped out within 24hours. Chris Escarte was very helpful and nice. He called and emailed, promptly, each time I asked for a change on my company information and whoever his graphic designer was did a great job of getting the updated proof to him within minutes. I was very impressed! What a great experience. Going forward I will be using them exclusively for promotional items for both of my companies and referring friends and colleagues. I recently ordered promotional items from Promo Direct, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The primary reason for my disappointment was that they sent me items intended for another company, which completely defeated the purpose of my order.

The whole process of ordering promotional items requires time and effort, as one expects to receive personalized products that represent their own brand. However, Promo Direct's mistake of sending items for a different company rendered all my efforts and resources wasted. It was frustrating and inconvenient, to say the least. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this error reflects a lack of attention to detail and quality control on the part of Promo Direct. The incorrect items not only created confusion but also made me question their reliability as a supplier of promotional products.

I would caution others who consider using their services to be vigilant and double-check their orders upon arrival to avoid similar mishaps.

Fantastic group of people! Customer service is second to none. My company has used them in the past and I recently reordered our standard pens. when they arrived there was a minor manufacturing issue (factory had used the imprint from my other office by mistake), HOWEVER all I had to do was mention it. This was the best swag purchasing experience I've ever had. Even before I completed placing my order, I received a phone call from a Promo Direct associate who wanted to make sure my order was all set. The ordering and production process was extremely fast and smooth. . . almost too smooth. I was nervous about how the bags would actually turn out, but they are fabulous! The color of the bag is perfect for the company and the lines were all clean (no blurred edges or splatters). THEN! I received a "Thank You" note. Promo Direct really goes above and beyond. I don't think I'll order anywhere else for customized event items. Quality, price, and service - they check all the boxes. 🙂

Failed to produce and deliver product in timeframe discussed. At time of "product in hand", production was on hold and was never notified as to having issue. Instead of overnighting product, they cancelled order and leaves me without product for an upcoming event.
