So stoked about my new F350! I had the best experience with Kevin, Sharie and Michelle. This was a huge purchase and they made it painless. They even had knowledge of taking it back to BC plus they ordered me exactly what I wanted (even though a little unconventional). I have had my eyes on a super duty since I drove one in 2005 while working at a different Ford dealership and was waiting for the right time! Fast forward 17 years, 8 other trucks, (one half ton brought brand new that I put 322k on) and here we are!! It’s going to be a great truck to pull my trailer, my fellas trailer and haul all the dirt bikes .

I enjoyed being treated with respect and provided all details or important information promptly. I had help negotiating the deal but felt that my needs and wants were not overlooked. It’s a unique experience buying a truck like this being a female and I look forward to doing it again in a few years.

This truck was worth the wait and I highly recommend dealing with PineRidge. Worth the trip!

Absolutely love the service here. They try their best to help and do everything they can. The sales team and financing team are awesome too! They now have drive up quick oil changes that do not require an appointment as well. I pulled up at 755am one morning and was done by 830am. Always a great experience at Pineridge Ford!

I went to get a quote for repairs at the beginning of Apr and due to understandable employee medical issues, the parts were never ordered. However, following that, the service has been terrible. I keep calling to follow up, and every time I'm told that someone will call me back, but no one ever does. It is now mid Jul and they are "still waiting for parts to arrive" before repairs can begin. If there was another dealership close by, I would go there instead of continuing to deal with PineRidge.
