Pho Soc Trang has amazing pho if that's what you are craving. They have huge portions and we definitely over ordered. The staff was friendly and accommodating. If your looking for great pho in Grand Rapids I would recommend checking out Pho Soc Trang and will definitely be back.

This place, in my humble opinion, is the best Vietnamese restaurant in the Grand Rapids area. We got two different dishes — Phở Tái Nạm and Bún Bò Huế — and we were really impressed with the amount of food that we received, let alone not talk about how affordable the price was. The waitress was a very sweet and friendly lady who made sure we were well taken care of. Please visit this restaurant whenever you’re in the GR area because I highly recommend it.

Stopped by while on the way to visit family and found a really good bowl of pho here. Broth was excellent and plenty of noodles and meat. No frills here, just really good food.

Best pho in Grand Rapids! My wife and I go here all the time, and always leave warm and satisfied. My wife loves their classic pho, I love the chicken curry (#36). Don’t skip out on the appetizers. They are are SO GOOD! Their Vietnamese spring rolls and cold summer rolls with peanut sauce are always good. Highly recommend!

We stopped here for our first Pho experience. The place is a little run down but liked by locals. If you are not going there for the atmosphere but the food, then you should be content. Having this be our first Pho, I feel that I can’t compare it to anything. I will say you will get a lot of food per bowl. They are not cheap with the meat. You will have plenty in each bowl, if it comes with it. The flavor was good and can be tweeted to your liking with the sauces that are on each table. The “brown” sauce was good although I have no idea what it was.

The vegetables were fresh and can be added to your liking per bowl. The broth was tasty especially with the added sauce. I would give it a try if you’re in the area. I am not sure if it will be a repeat for us. Maybe after another Pho experience, I can decide where this one falls better.

We drive 20 mins just to come here. One of our favorite—definitely the most craved restaurant. Can’t go without getting the house special pho & egg rolls.

They are straight up lying about MSG in their food.
People who are allergic or intolerant of chemicals in food are in life threatening danger in this place. Vegetable stock isn’t salty and dark like soy sauce by itself. If you ever tasted clean vegetable stock you will know what I’m talking about. It’s ok to cook with MSG if you want , but you have to tell truth to a customer who is asking about it , as there is probably a reason why he is asking.
Anyways this soup is easy to cook so if you don’t want my money i can cook it for myself . Look mine looks much better and there’s no “secret hidden ingredient added “ ! Don’t forget to add ginger to boil 🙂
