I was super nervous to find another stylist because it had been 3 years since I got a proper haircut and my hair was super dry and uneven. Lisa was FANTASTIC. She was understanding and friendly and really listened to what I was looking for. I’m really attached to the length of my hair and she was able to shape and trim my hair, while still leaving quite a bit of length. My hair is super healthy, shiny and lightweight. The layers are so nice as well! I am so so thrilled 😍

Paolo and the Team at P & H Are Fantastic. I have been going to Paolo for over ten years and he has done colour, highlights and great hair cuts for years. You can rest assured that the team at P&H will take care of your needs. They also do a great job on hair extensions too. Great location in downtown Toronto. Reasonable prices and great service.

Quite literally the best haircut of my life!

I came in with a pretty shoddy mop on top of my head that I had totally let go. A busy schedule and a tight budget meant that my "do" took a back seat on my list of priorities for a while and I needed some serious style and colour repair.

Maureen at P&H Salon to the rescue! I came in with visions of wild makeovers and dramatic colour changes. Having never met me before, Maureen wisely and patiently listened to me for quite some time during our consultation. She then helped guide me to a new style that would truly excite and suit me, and she also managed to temper my wild ideas of a dramatic colour overhaul into something that was a much less dramatic change without sacrificing the high impact.

The end result. I walked out of the salon that day feeling like a completely brand new and improved version of myself. Maureen nailed it. My short and sassy do completely suit as did the subtle lightening of my previously far too dark jet black hair into a chocolate brown with a few copper-tone highlights.

Pleased as I was, I was completely unprepared for the large number of rave compliments I received from people at work and from friends and family. My haircut clearly had a dramatic impact on people and it definitely had a big role in making me feel wonderful every day as well.

I'm literally writing this review having just made my follow up appointment with Maureen and P&H for a refresh of the cut and colour.

No more letting my hair style go. The team at P&H has kicked my "do" up the list of priorities to "mandatory". Nothing like a truly great haircut to make you feel a little better about almost everything. Well done guys. I can't wait to come back.

What can I say about Paulo and the P&H Salon?. I have been a client of Paulo's for years before the salon existed. I have short hair and don't trust anyone with my edgy style & colour. He never disappoints and always makes time to accommodate me and my busy schedule - (as I need to be cleaned up every 4-6 weeks). I travel from Burlington and go out of my way to see him and the team. I would highly recommend Paulo and his salon team.

Went to this salon for the first time on Saturday November 19th, 2016. I had my hair & makeup done by the beyond talented Judana. I was so happy with both! I looked AMAZING for my party. I highly recommend Judana; you will not be disappointed. The salon had a great vibe, the staff interacted well with one another; like a family. Everyone was smiling & really seemed to love what they did & enjoyed being at work. Paolo the owner stopped by my chair & introduced himself which I thought was really nice. If you have a holiday party coming up & you want to look your best, get your appointment booked. I will definitely be back if I have another party in TO to attend. Thanks again.

Really disappointed with the HORRIBLE experience I had at P&H. It was my first time there and I just needed a quick cut, no colour, which the website said would be $45-$55. They started by washing my hair, without indicating that this could be an added cost. The stylist did not seem well trained and ended up cutting bangs into my hair which I definitely did not request. She then tried to make it better by curling my hair, which somehow made it look worse.

At this point, I was upset and just wanted to pay and get out of there. At the cash register, they tried to quote me a price of $140, which is triple the price I got from their website so naturally I was shocked! The woman said she would discount the cut to $95 and eventually to $85 because I was upset with the cut. However, this was still double what I was originally quoted. Apparently they sneak in all sorts of extra charges for washing your hair etc plus the website prices were outdated. I still didn’t want to pay that price but the woman was incredibly rude and told me that I had no choice but to pay.

I checked and I see now that they have updated their website to say $65+, but I would still avoid at all cost because that still seems to be much lower than what they will actually charge you. Terrible customer service all around.

Hi, went to P&H to get my hair styled and my make-up for my son's wedding on August 20, 2016.
I've never had so many compliments on my hair and make up in my life. The staff really know what they are doing and it's worth the time (took a wee bit longer than I expected).
You will not be disappointed.
