Order made a month ago, no news whatsoever on the delivery. A scam, plain and simple - Commande passée il y a plus d'un mois, aucune nouvelle malgré les relances sur le statut de la réception. Une arnaque tout simplement.

Commande passée au début du mois de juillet. Reçue fin août. Service à la clientèle médiocre lorsque je les contacte. Je retourne la commande à la fin août. Reçue à l’entrepôt le 29 août. Toujours pas remboursée le 23 septembre. Ne commandez jamais là-bas!

Commande passée le 27 novembre à la suite d’une promo sur instagram. Le produit repondait à mes critères et il s’agissait d’un cadeau de Noël pour mon père. Delai maximal annoncé 10 jours. Je commande en ligne assez souvent et je n’avais aucun problème à ce que le délai varie un peu, ce sont des choses qui arrivent. Je n’ai toutefois jamais recu le colis et nous sommes 1 mois plus tard. Aucune reponse à mon courriel demandant une explication ou une annulation de commande.

Depuis j’ai recu un courriel demandant de ne pas y repondre expliquant que le delai de livraison est plus long qu’à l’habitude et qu’ils vont me revenir.

Je trouve ça désolant puisque la promo arrivait Noel et à ce que je peux constater dans cette section, beaucoup de gens ont vecu une expérience similaire. Je travaille dans le service à la clientèle et des delais ou erreurs peuvent arriver, l’important est la communication avec le client et bien gerer les attentes et malheureusement ma prise de contact est tombée dans le néant et comme plusieurs, mon cadeau n’a pas ete offert pour Noel.

Je demande simplement un suivi.

Désolant, première et dernière expérience, si votre entreprise n’a pas la capacité d’offrir un bon service à la suite d’une promo, n’en faites tout simplement pas.

I ordered a hat for a Christmas gift and upon opening realized it had been manufactured wrong which was disappointing especially for the day. After contacting them and after some time they sent another and it had the EXACT SAME ISSUE and it’s now nearly March! Their website states “We produce quality apparel that looks good and does good” but from this order I’ve seen the opposite with poor quality, especially with the high prices of their products and when the bare minimum 1% from the sale is donated.

Do yourself a favour and never buy anything from peace collective. I bought this nfl Miami dolphins sweater for a Christmas gift, ordered during Black Friday week to ensure it arrived on time. When the sweater arrived it was missing all the logos that were supposed to be on the sleeve as well as the embroidery was damaged and fraying away. The quality of the sweater was comparable to Walmart, very thin with a cheap smell. I was extremely disappointed as i had paid over 125 dollars for this sweater and received junk. I emailed customer service which responded to me over 1 week later and only offered to give me an exchange which will not come in time for Christmas. Please do not fall for this trap like I did, peace collective has ruined the holidays for me as I am scrambling to find another gift and dish out more money. I’ve accepted I’ve lost the money I’ve spent on their junk. You’re a local Canadian business how can you be sending out garbage. At least treat your Canadian customers with some respect, sending out a faulty item and not even offering a refund is insane. Stay far far far away from this company!

As per the companies response I did reach out for support and was responded to after 5 days, when I replied asking for a refund I was again responded to after another week stating all you can do for me is an exchange which will not come in time for Christmas so what’s the point. If your support team responded in a timely manner maybe you would have been able to ship me a new sweatshirt but unfortunately now you’ve left a bad taste in my mouth and I’ve discouraged many family and friends from doing business with the company.

Received a sweater as a Christmas gift. I’ve washed it once and the entire logo is peeling off already. Emailed their customer service team and didn’t receive an answer (saying if you send a follow up email you get bumped to the back of the line might be one of the worst customer service policies I’ve ever seen). Commented on an Instagram post saying the quality of the sweater was horrible (they removed the comment) and received a DM saying they would help get it sorted. I was told my two options for this $140 sweater that is falling apart is to get a replacement sweater (no confidence that the issue will be resolved on that sweater) or a store credit so I can go ahead and purchase more bad quality, over priced clothing. I asked for a refund to the card on file and was told they can’t do that due to their policy. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, they clearly don’t care about their terrible reviews online but I figured I’d add another one to their growing list. Terrible company, awful quality, won’t be purchasing from them again.
