100% the best insurance broker to deal with, always friendly and prompt with their service. Even if there is a wait there is always effort to make sure that you are welcome and acknowledged! I had a discrepancy with MPI that Nick and Vince both made an effort to help with as it was unique to them as well! Can't say enough good things about the service! Highly recommend!

BSI has been a really awesome change for us. We were at our last broker fir almost 20 years. It became apparent that things changed and we made a choice to move. We brought over our hone insurance, and all our autopac to BSI.
We really got the feeling of being heard and understood.
The individuals helping were attentive and interested, but the office works collaboratively to make our experience enjoyable.

The staff at BSI St. Norbert really do care. I've always thought brokers are brokers and insurance is pretty much all the same anywhere you go. But it sure makes a big difference when you can call or email an insurance rep and get a quick response to your individual needs. I started dealing with BSI a few years ago, and I can honestly say they're different (better) than the competition. They know what they're talking about and they genuinely want to help YOU. 5 stars!
