Rates as of September 2024.

One of the most expensive parking lots I’ve ever been at. $31 for 4 hours on a Sunday is outrageous. There’s another lot not too far that’s only $10 full day on Sunday.

It gets 2 stars: 1 for having e-parking spots and chargers, 1 for having a customer help guy working by the gate.

Well-lit inside. Not your typical sketchy downtown underground parking lot.

Beware of scamming practices! Look at their rate table. One looking to park on Sunday would expect to pay $9 because it is a municipal lot, and there are plenty of $10 flat rate parkings around. Wrong! I paid $31! I was driving to a commercial lot where I knew the price would be $10. And saw a municipal lot, and decided to give money to the city. That was stupid of me. These municipality jerks have been trying to get into your pocket always and everywhere!

Parking lot was clean and well lit. Stairs going up to Yorkville was covered in trash. There was a puddle of pee on the stairs, half eaten food all over the floor, garbage everywhere. The glass door that led you out from the parking lot onto Yorkville Ave was shattered. Expected more from $3.50 per half hour.

Worst parking experience ever! It was hard to find the elevator entrance to the garage to pickup my car. The elevator and stairs only go to P2, no P3 option, I had to walk down the ramp to my car, it is dangerous to walk on the driveway. After put in ticket and paid the parking fee, I got a receipt, but the gate didn’t open. I asked the garage attendant for help, but he was impatient, just told me the payment didn’t go through, I had to backup my car and pay again, but it still didn’t work, I asked for help again, he said that he was leaving and couldn’t help me. I had to press the help button to get help from the remote help desk, and got the payment through. Finally I escaped from this garage. THE END!

Located in the heart of Yorkville, very close to all the shops and restaurants. A very convenient place to park your car, especially in winter time. It’s $3.5 per half hour, which is very pricy.

They recently upped the price including Sunday daytime parking. Paid 31 dollars for 3 hours! It used to be like 12 dollars a month ago!

Reasonably priced for the area. I paid $10 for 2hrs. Just mindful which stairway you exited. I exited from stairway L and no re-entry. Luckily I took a picture of the map
