First of all, they call homeless people "clients" so if homeless-ness "ends" they are out of a job. They don't want to help the homeless, they want the government funding for PRETENDING to want to help the homeless. They don't answer the phones when called. There is rarely ANY supervision. The "clients" literally just go across the street to smoke up and do their drugs. From the living space office window, they can SEE all this happening. So yeah, absolutely terrible, and it (along with our current government) have screwed the city. Good job Timmins.

People are being forced to wait out in cold weather due to restrictions, the weather at times were way bellow freezing,.
People have complained o for rcual profiling by y ma me agent and staff. Assaults have occurred when I was there.

Disgusting Service. Got 313 Belanger Apartment Yesterday We put everything in but what we see BUGS are there. Girl got severly infected and got rashes on her all body. And what they did, Name Amanjot Kaur Did not tell us before like they already spraying from last two days with 4$ spray bottle. We did not got any Fridge and also washer leaking water stove they did not fixed and leave that as it. Never asked from where you get food or where you going to live tonight. You r punjabi but help punjabi too.

Call them to take care of one of their tweaker clients with issues, screaming at the top of her lungs, and no one answers the phone. Shut the place down if they can't do the job that taxpayers pay for!
