Visiting friends. Lots of very welcoming people around.

Reasonable beach access. Even though no fires allowed right now, understandably, there are some gorgeous ones out there.

THis place is amazing and the people are so friendly. Ocean and pool with 2 minute walk.

99 % of campers are permanent. Probably 215 sites with only a few vacancies.
For transient campers there are 5 sites with full hookup. Unfortunately only a 30 Amp hookup for everyone. Upgrades are long overdue.
There is a pool, small playground, restrooms with showers, it is dog friendly. Wifi is weak. Beach area is accessible and about a 10 min. walk. Public beach with no amenities.

KOK well kept park.. super clean, great place for seasonal campers. People and owners are so helpful and friendly.

Really nice owners, so friendly and smiling. They did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Most campers are there for the year and only a few campsites are available for passing through. Super clean showers and washrooms, really clean heated pool. Even the grass is clean!

Mostly seasonal only lots available . Ten minute walk to nice clean beach. My parents rent a lot here and love it. Swimming pool here as well.

Clean, friendly staff. Needs an update as amenities are a bit dated but friendly park to be in and close to the beach.
