This parking lot is 15 seconds from Spadina subways station and 10 min walk to Koreatown. There is sufficient parking, if one arrives a little earlier in the day on weekend. Parking fee of $7 from morning to 6pm is the cheapest in the area. Considering it's green p parking, the payment process was easy with the app and safest parking space in the area.

I parked here while visiting the ROM from Woodstock. There are closer parking lots but I needed to charge my car to get back to Woodstock and this lot has EV chargers. The other option was Yorkville Village. This GreenP lot was substantially cheaper than Yorkville Village and the chargers had faster speed. It was a 10min walk to the ROM. Parking price good. Electricity price is great. Charging speed is great for level 2 slow chargers.

Limited size lot and it fills up quick. Lakeway access to Madison Avenue closes about 9pm..price is right.
