Great place. 25$ for a full day of parking. Close enough to shopping places. Right on the lake! Couldn't get much better I'f you ask me!!

A reasonable price for a day of parking, very close to Billy Bishop airport. I left my car here for the day when I needed to walk to the island airport, and the proximity was very convenient.

Nice parking lot, but there are homeless hanging around all the time. I just sometimes don't feel safe parking my car there. Also, $20 per day is a lot. I just hope the city of Toronto would have a monthly parking permit for this lot. I work at the airport 4 days a week, and $20 per day is gonna drain my finances.

Toronto Parking prices will empty my wallet! No after (5/6 PM) fee at this location since it’s so close to the waterfront. Clean, well maintained, and rarely full when I choose to park here.

Always seems to be completely full and always difficult to navigate. There are definitely a quite a few places where more parking spaces could have easily been installed; about a dozen or more. Additionally, instead of putting the parking meter in the half-sized spot alongside the light post, it was installed right in the middle of two parking spaces making them totally unusable. A slow clap to applaud that stellar example of how not to plan a parking lot.

I parked here today. When we went to leave a BMW was parked right across the front of my truck. I had to WAIT 3 HOURS till the stupid idiot owners showed up to move it. The security gaurd was slow to help.

Busy spot down near Queens Quay, but if spots are available this green p is highly convenient. Rates are reasonable considering the area and it's very close to a couple key area spots, such as the Pirate Life boat tour. Would park here again if driving back downtown to this area.
