This parking facility is centrally located in downtown Toronto, making it very convenient for accessing many nearby attractions. The pricing is reasonable as well.

However, there are frequent issues with the parking elevators being out of order. The stairs are confusing and not well-maintained, with unpleasant odors of urine and alcohol.

The management at City Hall should address these concerns. Additionally, the restrooms outside City Hall are in poor condition.

On the positive side, there is a spacious underground parking area.

Unbeatable price for a secure parking garage right under Nathan Phillips Square for the weekend and holidays without being limited to a 6 PM exit.

Still a competitive price during the weekdays, although there are cheaper garages nearby for all-day occasions in that case.

Make sure your work vehicles are locked up as even though this car park has security there are no cameras and when things go missing they're gone. Stairwell smells of piss, they do wash it as they do have homeless people in the area, that's what happens. Apart from that, easy access, it could be a bit cheaper in price. But hey, we're in Toronto. Get ripped off by the rich.

Very convenient place to park for a day trip in downtown Toronto. Easy to access and easy to get out of. Reasonable fees.

Very spacious parking garage with fair prices specially for evenings and weekends.

The garage entrances are very convenient; one on Bay Street and one on Queen West. You can also exit from either Bay Street or Dundas West (which I recommend).

Since the garage is big, different elevators and steps are marked by different animals. Make sure you pin your parking on your map, otherwise you’ll spend hours finding your car!

The parking is mostly well-maintained; expect for some of the exit stairs that are very smelly. It’s also safe, but remember to take your valuables with you and don’t leave them in the car.

If you need a receipt of your parking, try paying with in machines inside the garage, as you won’t get a receipt if you pay at the exit.
