Winter has arrived... Crackheads live inside the stairwells now.

One of them dropped a big deuce and relieved themselves in one of the exis. Horrible smell.

There's two more in two separate stairwells too. Sitting down, unresponsive, literally farted loudly as I checked him out... The only safe place is the elevator.

Regardless, although it's definitely not an optimal experience, it truly is fascinating. It's like viewing a zoo exhibit, or encountering SCPs.

This is, without a doubt, the worst Green P parking I've ever encountered. The garage is extremely cramped, with several dead ends where, if no spots are available, drivers are forced to back out—a frustrating and hazardous experience. Even more concerning, the entrance gate opens regardless of whether there are free spots, leading to chaotic congestion as cars end up stuck inside with no place to park. This location is poorly designed, causing unnecessary stress and confusion. I'd advise avoiding it.

What a rip of parking place..
Yeah 9$ is cheap for 12h regarding the localization, but they force you to download their app to pay, by loading your wallet with in a minimum of 20$ !
Even if you have to use a second time, you’ll still loose some money..

Plus, the sanitary condition of every stairs to reach out the exits are disgusting !
A strong smell of pee everywhere, poop on the floor, leftover clothes ..

Well located underground parking, not too expensive for downtown parking. It's in the YMCA building. Convenient if you're going to The Distillery District area. Easy to pay with the app or using the machines on the lot. Never had a problem finding a spot there, even during peak times like Friday evenings.

This lot was 99% full at noon on a Wednesday... I think there was only two spots open when I arrived. If you see a line of cars waiting to get in, even two cars, DO NOT attempt to park here. People that don't know how to drive well can cause a gridlock in this one level underground parking lot. But otherwise if you can get a spot, it's a perfectly fine lot.
