Convenient underground parking garage. The Green P direction sign is a little bit confusing as it toward another Green P parking lot next by which is permit only, needs to be careful. The rate is $1.75 per half hour with day max.

Convenient location, underground, and lots of spaces. Prices are reasonable - I can't remember, I used to come here Friday evenings and usually paid $8-9 for 2-3 hours. Super handy if you have the Green P app, as you can top up if you end up needing to park for longer than initially anticipated.

Minus 2 stars because at night there are often groups of men in the underground parking area loitering and as a woman walking around alone, I did not feel that comfortable. At times they seemed intoxicated and would stare or cat call. I never felt unsafe (I still park there if I am in the area), but it is unpleasant. Also the stairwell to street level is often dirty with lots of garbage and smells like urine.

There is a much better and cleaner parking lot under the shopping area on the west side Bathurst just south of College (below Winners, FreshCo, Scotiabank) with similar prices. I prefer to go there when visiting Little Italy now.

One of the few Green P parking lots that I have used in the city that is actually an underground parking garage. I find most are ground level spots where a building had once been used. The mobile app makes parking here and other Green P los a lot more user friendly ten those that require you to punch in credit card numbers and talk over intercoms.

This green p parking is located in the heart of Little Italy on College and Clinton street and if you can't a spot on the street, then go here. Useful during the rainy and snowy day.
