Convenient parking location in Downtown Toronto with plenty of parking spots on the upper floors (4 and above). This location offers monthly parking pass entries and exits (but only for the machines at the Southern Exit).

There is a homeless encampment nearby which often results in vagrants wandering the emergency stairwells on the 1 and 2 nd floor of the parking garage. They also use the power outlets to charge their phone by the garage elevator.

The parking spots are a bit small if you drive a pick-up truck or SUV.

Don't leave valuables in sight in your car!

People doing drugs in the stairwell. It does not feel safe and green P does nothing about this it’s disgusting .

It’s a very convenient location, it’s protected from the elements and I’ve always found a spot to park on the main level (even during midday hours). The spots can be a little cramped and it is expensive ($45 for 3 days/2 nights) but if you’re visiting, it sure beats the train/subway especially in the winter.

There’s not too many strange people hovering around and there’s 2 entrances and exits (2 on Charles and 1 on Hayden) the north side exit is a little tight and you can easily curb your left rear tire on the curbing.

Good parking lot, can get full, tight, good price. Stairways need some cleaning, some questionable people hanging around.

Parked here overnight on a Saturday. It was simple and quick getting in and out. However, as soon as myself and my friend walked out of the garage, a middle-aged man (who I presume lived in the small encampment set up directly across from green p) charged at me from across the street with a phone in my face and yelled very aggressive and threatening things. It was during the day but still terrifying. Can’t imagine how much worse it would’ve been at night. Would avoid at all costs.

Never parked there before, seemed like a good location, looked decent. However at 11am on a Saturday morning ran into druggie shooting up in stairwell. Turned around and went back up to take elevator down and upon arriving on ground floor saw another either peeing or shooting up in the corner. Will never park there again.
