Gerber Collision & Glass - Orlando, Florida

5/5

Although my final price exceeded the original estimate, it was understandable because the true extent of the damage could not be seen until the front bumper was removed. As a senior on a fixed income, I was disappointed because they were unable to give me a discount on the final price. Now that I got that out of the way, please allow me to convey to you my thoughts. Ryan, Jason & the rest of their amazing team are very professional & customer service oriented; a great group of guys. If any opportunity arises, I will have no problem recommending Gerber Bravo; great job & thank you!! To all that read what I wrote, if you have any doubts, this is absolutely a REAL review!! Best! I went to get an estimate, and the receptionist treated me super well, and Janson Williams was the one who gave me the estimate and found a very good solution for my car. I am very grateful and I 100% recommend this place!!

Did a great job with the repairs, took their time to do it right, and left my car cleaner than it arrived, which was a very pleasant surprise. A great vehicle repair center and very nice team that is pretty easy to get ahold of!

My experience with Gerber was phenomenal. Having been my first accident and being down in Florida without and family, I was confused and nervous about having to get my car fixed. The staff at Gerber was awesome, particularly Jeff! He was very helpful, answered all my questions, kept me updated every day about my car, and even had my car done within 3 days! I didn’t even need a rental. It was amazing. I really appreciate him making sure it was done so soon so I could avoid the headache of a rental. I’m extremely happy with my service from Gerber. Thank you Jeff!!
