This is a review of the retail location and not Freedom in general, which actually has pretty good service. But this store charges additional fees not sanctioned by Freedom. They wanted to charge me a fee for a replacement SIM even though Freedom said it would be free, so I had to go and waste me time speaking to Freedom - again - I got them to add a credit to my account. When I went back to the store to get my card, there was a sign that said “Back in 25 minutes”. 25 minutes?! What’s the point of having retail store hours if you’re randomly gone for half an hour during the day with no warning. Do yourself a favour and go to a different location.

DO NOT GO THERE!!! The little man inside that booth is nothing but a con artist. He doesn’t follow Freedom Mobile’s stated deals and tries to make up his own rules. Charging more on the side is his angle aside from unhelpful and rude service. I’ve reported him and his conduct to Freedom as I am not the only one he’s tried to pull a fast one on. BEWARE !!!!

Great customer service! The sales person Anchal was efficient but still thorough despite being super busy. She took care of all her customers with respect and care. She went out of her way to find a phone I was looking for at a different location and made sure the other sales person at the other store helped us set up service and answer any questions we had. She was able to find a plan that worked for me based on data needs and budget. Fantastic work!

STAY AWAY !!! The guy in that little booth did not honour any deal sent to my cell from Freedom Mobile. He lied to my face. I will be putting in a complaint with Freedom about his location! BEWARE. He was dishonest and unhelpful during the entire process!

Was hard to find as it was in the convenience store, but the woman that helped me switch over my phone was super kind and informative, took 15 minute tops for the whole ordeal! Even if you don’t pass their credit check they let you give a 50 dollar deposit that they return after 6 months of on time payments.

I had called in advance regarding an E-Sim installation. was advised they'd be able to assist in store and it would not take too long per my concerns regarding COVID. I arrived at the store which was more like an enclosed kiosk, it was rather small. The service rep was nice, however, I was mortified that she invited another customer in the cramped, tiny store. It was the lack of social distancing for me.

I was apprehensive about switching to Freedom until I received the best experience I've had with any telecom from Prada at this location. She gave excellent advice, with consideration for my personal preferences and situation. I recommend anyone considering a new provider or upgrading their phone should visit this location and hear the options not only laid out clearly but compared and rationalized to make your decision as well-informed as possible.
