Franke PT is hands down the best physical therapy I have ever had! They give me the exercises to do so I can improve my physical condition. I put all their handouts (tailor made for my situation) in a notebook and I faithfully do the work. That is the secret to long term well being. They know exactly what I need to live a long and healthy life. Rarely do I experience this kind of expertise! Big shout out to Eddie and Mike!

I do not recommend Mike Franke to anyone who suffers from piriformis syndrome. He has one treatment routine and even when exercises aggravate the spasm he and his therapists continue doing, and encouraging you to keep doing, what is not working. Thanks to strengthening exercises done before the muscle had learned to relax again I am now in a chronic, catch 22 condition of constant greater and lesser spasm. This is an extremely painful condition to live with and Franke Physical Therapy did not care how effective or ineffective their treatment approach was for me. I recommend sports medicine. They know that the muscle has to relax at least 10 days before you start strengthening the muscles around it. If you want your piriformis muscle aggravated into chronic spasm and nerve pain try Franke Physical Therapy. Personally, I will never go back.

Mike Franke is a wonderful, kind and caring physical therapist. I was treated by him for a long period of time due to having an accident during the time I was being treated for a prior injury. He made a great difference in my recovery. I would highly recommend him

They care for you so long as you abide by their policy of not missing more than two sessions. Unfortunately, my wife had to miss two sessions and they booted her without bothering to ask about the circumstances. I should make it clear that in both instances, she did call immediately to cancel.

One session she cancelled because our son was throwing up in the back seat. What are you going to do?

On the second session, she cancelled because the remnants of a storm from Mexico where going to hit the city and I was concerned for her safety as she would have to go to the appointment alone and she would be using a walker to get down. Even the city was urging people to stay home. She did call the night before to cancel.

When she was going to go to her next appointment, she was told that she was going to be dropped. When we tried to call back and speak with Mike Franke, we left messages twice in a week and a half and he never had the courtesy to call back. He had an assistant do so. We were told that policy is policy. PERIOD!

Again, they are great so long as you don't break this policy. If you do, they will drop you and couldn't care the least about whatever reason it could be.

The entire crew is super, very efficient and totally concerned about your well being. Most of my time was spent with Eddie Quiroga (PTA) who made sure I understood and did all the exercises Mike Franke (PT CIMT) prescribed along with providing printed instructions to take home.
