I have been trying to cancel an appointment at Dr. Querubin Mendoza's office for days. Every time I call, I'm put on hold for an extended period, and no one ever comes back to the line. I explained to the receptionist that I couldn't hold for long because of work commitments and urgently needed to cancel the appointment. She responded by calling me rude and then hung up on me. This office is highly unprofessional and clearly doesn't value their patients' time. Save yourself the frustration and find a better doctor elsewhere.

Dr. Mendoza is a rare find among doctors. He took over my mother's care over 4 years ago when other doctors couldn't seem to figure out how to keep her out of the hospital. He is willing to work with her needs, adjusting medications to keep her health stable or better. He personally calls when there is a concern with her blood work. He also responds quickly to questions via phone calls or the online portal. I highly recommend him as a cardiologist.

I’m currently on dialysis, my nephrologist told me to see a cardiologist, to get a look at my heart and make sure it stays healthy. I must say Dr. Mendoza has just a relaxing way about him, I was not nervous from the moment I met him. He also took the time to answer our questions and speak in language we can understand

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Mendoza for several years after a diagnosis made during a hospital stay. I cannot do anything but praise Dr. M. for his office demeanor; e.g., reviews past history with me; requests/administers essential tests for my condition; provides up to date info on what I need to do nutritionally and exercise to improve my condition; very thorough in explaining/answering questions about my condition. Not only is he an excellent cardiologist but he has a knowledgeable and caring office staff; i.e., office manager, nurse, technician, front desk and scheduling. Too, often, if you find an excellent physician or specialist the staff isn’t but this isn’t the case with Dr. Quentin Mendoza, Tampa Bay Cardiologist Center.
