I've reached out to his office 3 times over the last 2 weeks and left a voice message each time to start the consulation process. But I haven't been able to get a hold of them nor have I heard back.

Edit: Dr. Cotterhill personally reached out to me through phone and email, and made sure that I was able to schedule an appointment.

I'm impressed by the quality of care I received from Dr. Cotterhill during my consultation! He did an in-depth assessment of my hair and took time to clearly explain why I was having this condition.

He then went over each of my treatment options in great detail including procedure, efficacy, possible side effects and cost. I liked how he presented each of them in an unbiased way.

He showed me the before and after photos of patients who had my condition so that I can set realistic expectations and gave me a prescription to start my treatment plan.

I'm glad that I had the consultation with Dr. Cotterhill and have referred a friend to him since then. I've also updated the google rating I initially left.
