Without notice anywhere, they're closed on multiple random days. Spent the money to come and hand in my forms multiple times 🙁 bad luck on my part maybe, but some of which I'm going to have to redo because the associated letters for schooling need to be redone after today.

I've been on the waitlist for 11 years and I live with my parents. My dad is mentally and verbally abusive towards me. I'm a single mom ad my daughter lives with me. These people don't care about anything when it comes to how long you wait. Average wait is supposed to be 5-8 years but that's a joke. Don't waste your time. They also are supposed to send you the forms to update once a year. I've gotten them once.

Very co-operative and polite 'Today'. Definitely can't complain, given they have been taking care of me the last 20 years.

I've never seen a great person at doing their job as the lady at reception Annabelle. She's such a wonderful person so informative. I give the 5 start for her great service

If I could rate this zero stars I would, I got an apartment and as I went to see it more than one tenant recommended I don't move to that building because it is invested with bedbugs and when I told them, she said I could get bed bugs if u went on the bus, but if I can prevent that from happening than why should I take the risk, she said that's the way the system works it will count as one of your chances. They absolutely have horrible service and have no understanding of people what so ever.

ATTENTION!
When you arrive from the King Street Entrance, you'll will have to wait in the foyer until the security guard takes you through the secondary glass doors, leading you to the drop box.

No security guard, no entry.
Or call their office back and tell them that you are there in the Foyer.
