Dr Vangara is so down to Earth and a truly kind soul, this is a rarity in the medical industry in this day and age. He addressed all of my issues and was truly concerned with my medical care! The staff were also very nice, thank you all for a great first impression!

The Doctor did a good job however called back to setup a follow and request my records to be sent to my primary , the person who answered was nasty didn’t sound like wanted to be there. Let me tell you what a horrible customer experience, told me with a nasty tone of voice that info already sent , when I didn’t recognize the doctor name she mentioned gave her the name of my doctors office , told me it was the same office for the doctor she mentioned but so nasty that made me feel as I was asking for free service. I had my kid in the car at the time once I hung up she agreed that this person was just super rude. Never again !

My best advise to you, if you are considering seeing Dr. Vangara is DON'T !!!
He is a quack! During my consult with this man, he answered his personal cell phone 3 or 4 times! And he would lose his place in the conversation and ask the same exact questions over and over again.
I am 64 years old and have had genetic gastrointestinal problems all of my life! I started having colonoscopies in my 20's!
His "suggestion" for my gastrointestinal issues was "LOSE WEIGHT"!!!! WOW!, WOW!, WOW!
The only reson I am overweight at this time is I am recooperating from a catastrophic accident!
WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A DOCTOR EVER!!!!

It’s been a while since Doctor Vangara and his staff have had an up-to-date review. Michellle at the front desk was very kind and efficient. She even let me play with her bubble thing, you know where you turn the bubbles inside out I need to get one. She did the scheduling for my procedure. The nurse Glenda also is very kind and efficient. The big bonus there is she is Spanish. I love learning new words in Spanish. I think I talked too much. After entering about half the drugs I’m on I think I made her tired and I gave her a card that listed most of my meds. She gets five stars too for being so patient. I’m probably not the best patient because I talk a lot. Then I met the doctor. After reading the good and the bad reviews, I am giving him a five star review. I went to another Gastroenterologist in Brooksville it was like a factory. Picture the episode with Lucille Ball and her best friend Ethel working in the factory making chocolate. That’s what comes to mind With the other doctor as they would only let me have the colonoscopy if I had it in the little factory there, and not in the hospital. With all the things wrong with me, it will be a big mistake Not to have it done in the hospital. The other doctor would only let me have my procedure done in his factory. The only way the other Gastroenterologist would do it in the hospital as if I had a pacemaker and defibrillator. Sorry Charlie, that’s not the way I want it done. My new Gastroenterologist Dr. Vangara however, is doing it in the hospital. That is the way I wanted it done after having three heart attacks, open heart surgery and dying on my third heart attack and having DVT and emphysema venous stasis which when I showed him, he knew right away what it was, and said compression stockings probably won’t help me. Anyway, he’s a good doctor and he even let me take his picture, but I’m not gonna put it on the review because of HIPAA. Doing that is a violation in Florida as well as New Jersey. I put chairs in My Review, but that’s about all you’ll see. So if you need the procedure, I’m getting a colonoscopy come here, they are good. I’m not looking forward to that stuff you have to drink, but I trust this doctor. That’s all I gotta say!!

Just had my endoscopy/colonscopy done with Dr. Vangara and his staff. Exceptional care, compassion, and the utmost in professionalism and kindness. This small and private facility is quiet and comfortable, and every staff member makes you feel safe and well-cared for. As a medical professional myself, I know what it takes to create an environment like this for patients. I am so appreciative of the doctors and staff who made this experience so easy and stress-free!
