Gites des Anges - Saint-Servant

We have just returned from a weeks’ stay here and wish we had stayed longer! We were a group of 4 adults and 4 children (aged 2-12) staying in Gites Michel and Raphael with the fantastic option of opening an interconnecting door to join them together. The gites themselves were furnished exquisitely and had everything you could possibly think of and if there was something you needed, Mike and Carolyn are always happy and on hand to help. We found it especially helpful that they provided a high chair, stair gates and children’s cutlery and crockery for our toddler.

There were lots of facilities / activities (too many to write down!) including a swimming pool, hot tub, ~15 bikes of all different sizes, table tennis, volleyball and a huge range of board games, DVD’s and books. The children loved having so much to choose from and the freedom to run around and explore the massive safe outdoor space.

The rural and peaceful location is ideal for a relaxing family holiday. The hypermarkets are only a 10-15 minute drive up the road in Josselin which is also a lovely town to explore. Thank you for a fantastic holiday and we look forward to returning in the near future!

Have had the most wonderful holidays at Gites D'Anges for the past three years. Mike and Carolyn are very special hosts who make you feel so welcome in their idyllic setting. The Site Raphael which we stayed in is equipped with everything you could possible need. The decor is beautifully done which makes you feel at home within moments of arriving. The local area has so much to offer with exciting places to visit and the most beautiful scenery. This really is a must for any family of any age. Highly recommended *

Our extended family of 10 grown ups and 10 children (aged 0-18) just enjoyed a wonderful holiday at Gites des Anges, in a beautiful corner of Brittany, on the Brest Nantes Canal (making for an easy ride into Josselin).

The Gites were beautifully restored and excellently equipped, both inside and outdoors, with thoughtful attention to detail. The rooms are atmospheric and have a feeling of luxury, whilst being totally practical and toddler friendly. The pool and hot tub were big hits and we were so impressed by the fleet of bikes, with not a soft tyre between them! Carolyn and Mike were available for anything we might have needed. It was a really special find for us - and all agreed it was our best holiday ever!

Just returned from a wonderful family holiday at Gites des Anges. All three generations of the family loved it - the gites are lovely, the setting perfect and the facilities amazing. There is so much to do we didn't hardly visit anywhere - everyone just loved where we were (and the weather was perfect!). So many happy memories made.

Spent a fabulous week at Gites des Anges with a party of 13 of us. The accommodation was perfect and there was plenty of room for all of us. All the facilities - the pool, bikes, games, outdoor areas were exceptional and of excellent quality. The Gites are in a very quiet location, an easy drive from the medieval town of Josselin and close to other towns with supermarkets etc. The owners were on hand and very helpful and left us welcome packs and information leaflets for the surrounding areas.
A little difficult to find initially but once found route easy to remember.
Would happily go back again and would recommend these properties.

We had a superb holiday with our whole family totalling 18 including the baby! Very relaxing but plenty to do and the children really loved the pool and the hot tub as well as all the other things provided for them. The bikes were brilliant. They also enjoyed the sailing course at the nearby Lac du Duc. The Gites were immaculate, comfortable and excellently equipped, and the grounds and also the local walks are lovely. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for my Son's (6 months) first holiday as it has everything you could want or need but also because it had plenty of space for extended family to come along and help out.

The setting is beautiful and peaceful and the facilities are top-class.

We could not recommend it highly enough.
