Nice looking shop!
Excellent looking location, nice stuff but I get the vibe that I’m not welcome there. The staff don’t want to help, they would rather stare and judge you in grey track pants than help you spend your money.

Their logistics/shipping team really can’t be bothered to do their jobs. Collected prepaid taxes from the customer but forgets to declare the packages as Duty pre paid, resulting in customers having to waste time dealing with FedEx to sort it out. Happened to me 4 times now.

Returned a parcel and Royal Mail, the returns provider, lost the parcel. I was told by Royal Mail to contact the returns label provider (End) to claim compensation. End did this initially and Royal Mail have refused to accept any responsibility, so End instead of chasing this up and protecting their customers have simply given up and are not responding to my emails. Is this how you treat customers who have shopped with you for years? Extremely disgusting and I want my refund immediately, this has been going on months now

Stay way from them!! I've ordered two shirts, when the parcel arrived, it was empty! No item at all! Customer service is slow an intransparent. Now they trying to blame me.. No refund so far! Do not support them, do not order from them!

Came in Saturday with my son to buy some trainers was served by Sam and he could not of been more attentive.
