This is my usual cinema as it's the closest although while it's very good it isn't the best. The seats are your standard seats compared to recliners at other cinemas. I always sit towards the back of the screen due to the proximity of the seats to the screen (in the picture I've taken I'm 2nd row from the back).

The price of food is very expensive so I definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything in the cinema at those prices.

It's always very clean and well staffed. The staff are always on hand if needed.

Your classic shopping centre cinema…

Fairly young excitable crowd and usual extortionate food and drink prices. Personally I’d use the nearby Poundland or bring my own snacks.

Screens are a decent size but I’d recommend the rear third of the auditorium as all seats are quite close to screen.

Great value for money, took my little fella to watch Lightyear this morning, very clean place, prices are very agreeable and good service from the staff.
We had the “Regular” seats which were good enough for the movie. Toilets were absolutely spotless.
Overall great morning and experience.

Wow!!! try getting a parking spot here. Impossible unless your up for a scrap. Then the cinema itself. Never seen one so packed. No soap in the toilets either. A little competition would do this outfit some good.

I use this Vue every month and I am extremely disappointed today I went to use the disabled toilet no soap so another company thinks that us disabled people do not need deserve or.like to wash our ha d then I am sick companies doing this does big companies not think this is how viruses and illnesses get spread if it happens again In this otherwise great cinema I will have no choice but to it further

Nachos a complete rip off. £7.50 for a large which I didn’t ask for. Only option was cheese sauce which was cold and the nachos, all 10 of them (smallest portion EVER) were completely drowned in the liquid the jalapeños had been pickling in. No wonder people sneak in their own food. The only upside to the trip was the ticket was only £4.99. Poor show Vue. Terrible experience.

Staff aren't mind readers and can't see all, if you have an issue leave and tell them or flag them down during screening and then blame them for things they can't see when teenagers behave as soon as they walk in, the counters shut approximately around 20 minutes after the last movie goes in as staff need to sleep too? Don't show up late and expect first.class experience, staff were great though. Place is clean but can seem over whelming duriny busy periods, prices are high due to the staff needing paid too, known fact they don't make money on ticket sales.
