Another day I've experienced a screen room freezing. Currently in screen room watching Paddington Bear and the room is freezing . Is it too much to ask that during the winter months the customers get some warmth? After all customers are paying and no one should pay to be cold to watch a movie especially when at home I could of watched a movie in the warmth for free

It's an okay cinema. My experience here was fine. The environment is satisfactorily maintained and there are options for popcorn and other refreshments. There is a lack of higher-end viewer experience options such as 4DX, among other things

Considering the price it's really nice cinema.
Toilets are very nice and clean so as the ticket and snacks place. However I didn't think the seats were tidy much. They were ok. Screen and sound quality was awesome

Went to see Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade when this was ABC in 1989, so thought Dial of Destiny at the same place made sense. Seats are very comfy here, always preferred Vue seats to other cinema chain seats! Was a quiet Wednesday morning screening. Vue has plenty of options for snacks/drinks/food but I'd not long had breakfast so I didn't need!

The smallest of the 3 Aberdeen cinemas, the cheapest too if booked online. The interior is quite dated and dark, but it is clean and the seats are comfortable enough. Generally speaking, the projectors are of better quality than Cineworld's, although there's not much of a difference unless you are watching a subtitled film - the text tends to be much more readable at the Vue. The selection of confectionery available is quite broad, but it is slightly more expensive than Cineworld's. There also isn't a loyalty programme like Cineworld's Unlimited.

Screens 1-4 are on the upper level of the Cinema, with 5-7 being on the lower.
Screens 1 & 2 are the biggest screens. Screen 1 has quite a high wall in front of the first row of VIP seats, which can be a bit difficult to look over. I'd recommend either going one back or one forward from the first row of VIP seats. The Screen in Screen 3 is awkwardly placed, with there being a high wall in front of the screen. I would recommend being as far back as possible in this screen, and the wheelchair seats are pretty much unusable (The last photo I've attached is Screen 3 Row G - I wouldn't recommend any further forward than this). The rest of the screens are all fairly decent and don't have any 'awful' seats.

There have been posters on the doors stating the air condition isn't currently working - which has been the case for months. Although, the cinema tends to be on the cold side most of the time. Staff are always friendly and films tend to run for longer here than the Cineworld's, and they show older films and BFI releases more often - definitely worth a look online to see if there's anything interesting coming up.

You can park in the NCP Car Park for £6 for 6 hours if you get the staff to validate your ticket, or the cinema is easily reached by bus, as it is just off Union Street. The train station is a short (but steep) walk away.

Enjoyed the movie, majority of staff members were friendly as always, however some senior staff were rather rude and evidently have a serious hygiene issue which I have noticed on multiple visits.

I'm giving 3 stars due to the fact that the movies are good but there's been a number of occasions that I've been sitting in screen 5 or screen 4 and it's been freezing to the point you need to wear a jacket and on some occasions just walked out in the middle of a film due to not being able to stand the cold. I informed staff and was given a slip saying my next movie was free but unfortunately when I watched my free movie a week later I encountered the same issue . May I suggest that customers aren't expected to pay for this and rather than take customers money perhaps make sure the heating is on and if there's a fault with the heating maybe get it fixed because it's always the same screen rooms . I've even been warned by the staff on occasion that certain screen rooms are cold but by then I've paid online so can't exactly back out.
