I'd give 0 if I could had this load since friday pickup was scheduled for a 9A drop today Monday, arrived at 8A on time as scheduled gave my paperwork to dock manager was told he didn't have an appointment in system then said he can't take today, went to upper management in the office was told I didn't have an appointment showed him the appointment time via email then continued to tell me I didn't have an appointment, dock workers also state the facility is too packed and can't take my load unless I give him proof, nothing the broker or my dispatch can do to get this trailer unloaded it's 10:30A and was told won't get unloaded until 2P today after fighting like hell to get that sitting 8A-2P waste of my drive time today.

Pésimo servicio y atención por parte del ‘’Sr. leon’’ una persona grosera, sin modales y poco ético. Lamentable que tan prestigiosa empresa tenga personas así trabajando allí.
