I wish I could truly leave a negative Star. I called in because I need to have paperwork signed due to the fact I was born with a missing limb and was told I have to pay an absorbent first time fee to be a patient. Instead of listening and being compassionate and finding a solution the person on the phone was short and rude with me without even attempting to hear my reasoning and further explain the nature of the charges. Do not recommend.

An absolute nightmare when I was there for an initial visit someone complained for waiting hours to be seen by a Doctor. Let me tell you about my experience! 30 days multiple phone calls and yet my insurance company doesnt have a prior authorization. Multiple phone calls and today I went personally there twice. Its insane the lack of follow up to the approval process. DO NOT GO HERE, SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL UNDERSTAFFED! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

When you look up the word “disorganized” in the dictionary you will find a picture of the Spine & Orthopedic Center in Plantation, Florida. i showed up for my appointment last week and the physical therapist didn’t want to a treatment plan because the doctor who examined me a week earlier didn’t make sufficient notes They didn’t tell me this when i got here as the first thing. they wanted was $145 and then made me sit for 1 hour and then they told me that they will find another physical therapist. Unbelievable. How do you run a medical practice if the doctor doesn’t make notes for the physical therapist? Think twice about getting physical therapy here.

Hey, your phone dialer is broken. It no longer gives me an option to get a call back, it no longer tells me how many people are in the queue in front of me. I will stay on the phone for up to 40 minutes and then the line will drop. Please fix this, the system was barely working as it was but I have no way to reach anybody at SOC other than authorizations and they only answer 50% of the time and then they like to transfer me to voicemail !!

I need to speak to people over there handling my case!!! It's been a huge problem!!!! Please it's been so long I'm trying to get my case situated with my insurance I need to be able to speak to people working in administration at SOC please it's been such a point of stress for me on top of my chronic pain

The best! Dr. Ashish Sahai, Chris Dominguez and the physical therapy staff are wonderful. Dr. Sahai did an L4-L5 fusion last year and C4-C7 fusion three weeks ago. It was the right decision. Each time I woke up in recovery pain free for the first time in more than ten months with my back and a decade with my neck. I highly recommend SOC.

My appointment was at 1:30. It is now 2:15 and they are telling me to wait longer. They took a walk in ahead of me and told me I arrived at 1:36: a lie.
I arrived at 1:23 pm and checked in via their automated kiosk. Not sure why all the lies, waiting and coverup. Looks like a post-fender bender type place where an ambulance chaser “attorney” would send their clients for x-rays, reports and to make money.

Dr. Mac Gill is a very good doctor, really nice and did an excellent painless procedure. The interns as well as all the staff I met at the center, were kind and helpful with a smile!
